タイトルである”Back and Forth” とは、行ったり来たり・後退したり前進したり という意味の言葉。



そこから派生して「話が堂々巡りになる」という意味も持ちますが、この曲は一聴すればよく分かる完全なパーティーチューン。



シンプルにそのまま、踊りながら「フロアの前の方に前進したり、後ろの方に後退したり」という意味で使われています。




縦横無尽にフロアの中を踊りなよ！とお客さんを煽って盛り上げるような曲です。
